On November 4, 2009 a public meeting was held and hosted by TOPCA regarding the Adaptive Reuse Development Proposal for Port Credits Historic Post Office Site.  Michael Spaziani (MSAi) a local architect consulted with TOPCA on this potential redevelopment opportunity.  After two unsuccessful offers on the property it was concluded the reuse was not without too many challenges for the buyers to pursue the redevelopment. Its still available today for over $3million...however, check out the potential site provided by MSAi!
